Field Management
Photos help document site progress, capture issues, and provide visual records of work completed. They are commonly used alongside daily reports and RFIs.
| Typical use: Take photos on site to document progress, highlight issues, or provide supporting evidence for RFIs and daily reports. |
Step 1. Add photos Go to the Photos module (or related record like a Daily Report or RFI) and upload images from your device. |
Step 2. Add details Add descriptions, dates, and locations to provide context so others understand what the photo represents. |
Step 3. Link to records Link photos to related items such as daily reports, RFIs, or drawings to keep everything connected. |
Step 4. Search and organise Use filters and search to quickly find photos based on date, location, or project activity. |
Step 5. Use photos across workflows Photos can be referenced across the project to support communication, documentation, and decision-making. |
| Common mistake: Uploading photos without descriptions or links makes it difficult for others to understand their context later. |
