Upload and manage drawings in ProjectSight

ProjectSight workflows

Drawings are at the centre of ProjectSight. This is where your team views plans, manages revisions, and works from the latest information on site.

Good to know: Most teams start by uploading their latest drawing set before rolling ProjectSight out to the wider project team.
📁

Step 1. Upload your drawings

Go to the Drawings module and upload your project plans. These will become the master set your team works from.

🔄

Step 2. Manage revisions

As drawings change, upload new revisions so your team always has access to the latest version.

👀

Step 3. Share with your team

Once uploaded, your team can view drawings in the office or on site, ensuring everyone is working from the same information.

Step 4. Link workflows

You can link RFIs and other items directly to drawings, making it easier to track issues and decisions.

Common mistake: Uploading drawings without revision naming can create duplicate sets. Always include revision numbers to avoid confusion.
