ProjectSight workflows
Drawings are at the centre of ProjectSight. This is where your team views plans, manages revisions, and works from the latest information on site.
| Good to know: Most teams start by uploading their latest drawing set before rolling ProjectSight out to the wider project team. |
Step 1. Upload your drawings Go to the Drawings module and upload your project plans. These will become the master set your team works from. |
Step 2. Manage revisions As drawings change, upload new revisions so your team always has access to the latest version. |
Step 3. Share with your team Once uploaded, your team can view drawings in the office or on site, ensuring everyone is working from the same information. |
Step 4. Link workflows You can link RFIs and other items directly to drawings, making it easier to track issues and decisions. |
| Common mistake: Uploading drawings without revision naming can create duplicate sets. Always include revision numbers to avoid confusion. |
